Your package includes tournament entry fee, accommodations, celebration party, snacks and drinks throughout tournament play, prizes, gifts, and awards. Note: Some packages may vary due to special events, appearances, and unique programs. 

Tournament Fee: You are guaranteed a minimum of three matches and in most cases four matches. A new can of balls will be provided for each match played. Winners of each match will keep the balls. Tournament management will keep play orderly and keep players updated on tournament results and scores.

Accommodations: Package price will vary depending on your choice of accommodations. You may choose to have single, double, triple, or quad occupancy depending on the resort. All accommodations are provided for three nights/four days. Check-in and check-out times will be subject to the resort you choose.

Evening Parties: Most packages will include one celebration party unless other arrangements have been made. They will take place at the resort on Saturday evenings. Delicious appetizers, cocktails, beer and wine will be served in a picturesque setting to begin your evening of fun. This is a great opportunity to meet the other participants and enjoy a relaxing drink after a day of tennis and sun!

Food: Upon registration, you will receive a "Welcome Package" that will have some snacks for you to enjoy throughout the weekend.  There will be food and drinks provided at the celebration party and throughout tournament play.

Gifts: Each participant will receive a special “Welcome Gift” upon arrival.

Prizes & Awards: Trophies and prizes will be provided to all players who qualify for the finals.
